A special form of measurement used in geography to elaborate on a number of societal factors

The belief that the physical environment is the dominant for shaping cultures and that humanities passive is a product of its physical surroundings
Friction of distance
implies that the length of the journey (distance) and it’s a difficulty or consequence of the energy and resources like money needed to complete the journey

The mutual reliance and connection between places and religions where they rely on each other for resources, goods services, and information

The territorial extend of an idea or object.

Also known as “The first law of geography”, the idea that near things are more related than distance things and interaction between two places decrease the farther apart they are

A map that shows geographic locations on earth surface, such as the locations of cities or oceans

A method for representing the surface of earth or celestial sphere on a planet (two dimensional) surface; map, projections distorted from aspects of earth surface.
