a figure of speech in which what is said is the opposite of what is meant often sarcastic
Sarcasm
harsh, cutting language or tone intended to ridicule
Situational Irony
an outcome that turns out to be very different from what was expected
Satire
A work that targets human vices and follies or social institutions and conventions for reform or ridicule

This fallacy occurs when evidence boils down to everybodys doing it, so it must be a good thing to do

a fallacy that attacks the person rather than dealing with the real issue in dispute
