Bane - a cause of great distress or annoyance.

Bauble - a small, showy trinket or decoration.
Synonyms: trinket, and knickknack
Antonyms: valuable, and possession

Benediction - the utterance or bestowing of a blessing, especially at the end of a religious service.
Synonyms: blessing, and prayer
