To swallow up by covering completely; to overwhelm.

A much larger supply than is needed. To supply a much larger amount than is needed. To eat or consume to excess.

Widespread destruction or devastation. Great confusion.
impregnable
Impossible to attack successfully.
indefatigable
Not easily made tired; tireless.

A fierce attack.

Any fact or event that can be observed or described. An unusual fact, event, or person.Extraordinary; very unusual.
