people who don’t like ot talk or listen. Act as if the conversation is a bore, even a painful waste of time.

Someone who expresses their ideas persuasively, forcefully, brilliantly, and in a way that is sure to convince a listener

Vociferous
This person’s talk is loud, noisy, clamorous, and vehement. What might be lacking in content is compensated for in force and loudness.

Someone described as this talks a lot. They might be any of the other words described too, but it’s the sheer quality and continuity of their speech that is notable
