Emotional cue
Pista emocional - An emotional cue is a facial expression, body movement, or tone of voice indicative of emotion.
Extreme inhibition
Withdrawal movements, stereotyped movements, hair gestures, general motor unrest, unnecessary movements.
Depression
movements are slow, few, hesitating, non-empathic, using of hiding gestures.
Elation
Movements are fast, expansive, rhythmical, spontaneous, emphatic, self-assertive, affected.
Anxiety
Gestures involving the hair, hiding the face, wringing and interlocking of hands, opening and closing fists, plucking eyebrows, scratching the face, pulling the air, aimless fidgeting.
Horror
Touching of the lips with both hands
Negative feelings
Constricting of facial muscles, frowning
Pleasant feelings and moods
relaxed facial muscles, raised eyebrows, laughs; in some cases, intense joy also brings tears to the eyes.
Pain
Narrowed or closed eye, raised cheeks, lowered eyebrows, with wrinkling on the bridge of the nose, or raised upper lip with wrinkling at the side of the nose.

Emotional Intelligence EI - Refers to the mental processes involved in recognizing, using, understanding and managing one’s own and other’s emotional states to solve emotion-laden problems and to regulate behavior.
Emotional Intelligence
Is an indicator of how mature we are in handling our emotions. It includes sentivity to others, self awareness, empathy, management of the self under different circumstances, interpersonal social skills, self motivation and the like, all of which help people to be successful in their work environments by being able to meet the demands of different situations.
