What is hyper vitaminosis?

A

Fat-soluble vitamins are stored in the body and therefore it is possible to consume too much of them. Hypervitaminosis is an excess of vitamin A and D in the diet, which is harmful to the body. It usually occurs by eating too many vitamin suppliments ( tablets ).
