  2. Tear in Artery wall ( fat deposit in artery wall)
  3. Fat deposit in artery (full of fat except small circle)
  4. Narrow artery blocked by blood clot (small circle has blood clot)

Fat deposits hinder blood flow in the artery.

2,3,4 can cause high blood pressure
