Normal Blood Pressure Range for Adults
Systole - 90 to 140 mmHg
Diastole - 60 to 90 mmHg
Normal Blood Pressure Range for Children (1-8yrs)
Systole - 80 to 110 mmHg
Diastole - 50 to 70 mmHg
Normal Blood Pressure Range for Infants (newborn - 1yr)
Systole - 50 to 95 mmHg
Diastole - 50 to 66 mmHg
Lung Sounds
Normal = Clear Bilaterally
Abnormal = Noisy Breathing
Rales = Fluid (crackles)
Wheezing = Bronchial constriction (probably hypoxia)
Rhonchi = Course Bubbling
Stridor = Upper airway obstruction

Skin Signs
Color: Pink, pale, blue, red, or yellow
Temperature: Warm, hot, cool
Moisture: Dry, moist, wet, turgor

12 to 20 breaths/min
Normal Respirations for a Child
15 to 30 breaths/min
Normal Respirations for an Infant
25 to 50 breaths/min
Normal Pulse Rate for Infant (1mo - 1yr)
100 - 160bpm
Normal Pulse Rate for Toddler (1 - 3yrs)
90 - 150bpm
Normal Pulse Rate for Preschool-Age (3 - 6yrs)
70 - 120bpm
Normal Pulse Rate for Adolescents & Adults (12 - 18+yrs)
