When do you use heatmaps?
A
- Use heat maps to show a measure for the intersection of two dimensions, with color-coding.
- Use when you need to identify trends and outliers in a tabular fashion

- Use when aggregate functions is needed on columns/rows

What does it mean to have a VPC Connection in QuickSight?
A
- You connect QuickSight to a VPC by attaching an elastic network interface into that VPC

What configuration is needed for a Quicksight VPC connection to a data source?
A
- The DNS name of the VPC data source can be resolved from outside of your VPC.
- The connection returns the private IP address of your instance. (Databases hosted by Amazon Redshift, Amazon RDS, and Aurora automatically meet this requirement.)
- There is a clearly defined network path from the data source to QuickSight.
- You registered the VPC with QuickSight by creating or using a VPC connection with the QuickSight console.

A
- Use Combo Charts when you want to show 2 related but different types of data
- AKA Line and Bar/Column chart
- Shows trends and categories over time

A
- AKA box and whisker plots,
- Display data pooled from multiple sources into one visual
- Use a box plot to visualize how data is distributed across an axis or over time
