The writing on an image - the words, the font, the colour, etc.
Costume
What the subject(s) are wearing in the image.
Facial Expressions
Indicative of how the subject(s) are feeling.
Rule of Thirds
The image should be divided into 9 equal parts by two equally spaced horizontal and vertical line
Colour
Self-explanatory.
The color tone, brightness, or hue used in the image (connotations, etc)
Symbolism
An object that has a different meaning to their functional meaning.
Camera Angle
The viewing angle of the image.
Salience
easy one
The element(s) in an image which stand out and attract the viewer’s attention.
Objects/Props
Things that are held/used in an image.
Setting
Where the image takes place, and when.
Composition
The way elements are arranged in the frame.
