  6. Copy VAH folder to C:\InterSystems\IRIS\CSP
  7. Start IRIS
  8. Launch the Management Portal
  9. Admin -> Security -> Users -> Go
  10. Update three users, Admin, Unknown, and username, with VAH namespace and check User Enabled
  11. Admin -> Security -> Services -> Go
  12. Select %Service Telnet, check Service Enabled and Unauthorized
  13. Admin -> Security -> Applications -> Web Applications
  14. Press Create new
