How vaccines work
Made from a disabled version of the virus, and is injected into your body so it can fight it naturally, it takes about 2 weeks.
Lytic cycle
Attach, inject, replicate, release
How is a virus not a living thing?
They don’t grow and mature
The don’t reproduce (they replicate)
They don’t have cells or use energy
The size of a virus compared to a cell and bacteria
A virus is the smallest, bacteria is bigger than a virus, and a cell is the biggest, a LOT bigger than the rest.
