mental or moral strength to venture, persevere, and withstand danger, fear, or difficulty without fear
COURAGE
the importance and value that a person has, that makes other people respect them or makes them respect themselves

being appreciative of kindness or benefits received, to be thankful
GRATITUDE
balance between mind, body and soul measured in tender peaceful moments (it can also be between the elements in nature, groups of people and nations, etc.)

being truthful, straightforward, honorable in principles, intentions and actions
HONESTY
freedom from pride or arrogance; modest opinion or estimate of one’s own importance or rank
HUMILITY
the quality of being whole and complete; being honest and maintaining strong moral principles that you refuse to change no matter what anyone says

a profoundly tender, passionate affection for another person; warm attachment, enthusiasm, or devotion

faithfulness and devotion to commitments or obligations; staying with a cause or a person/group of people through thick and thin

MODERATION
ready to entertain new ideas and inclined to respect views and beliefs that differ from one’s own

a person’s ability to wait something out or endure something without getting riled up

calm and tranquility

deep admiration for someone or something elicited by their abilities, qualities, or achievements

the capacity for reliability, trustworthiness and accountability; capable of rational thoughts and actions

the state of being part of or joined to, as a whole

the ability to use the knowledge and things you’ve learned from previous experiences in order to apply a good judgement and do good
