swelling of hepatocytes; ground-glass hepatocytes (HBV); cholestasis; macrophage aggregation; bridging necrosis; portal tract inflammation; hyperplasia of Kupffer cells.

A
cirrhotic liver with fibrous septa and irregular nodules.

A
bridging fibrosis of the portal and periportal regions;
lymphoid aggregates.
