Large cells with granular eosinophilic inclusions that displace the nucleus and contain vorus particles
Seen in the white cheesy material which can be extracted from the centre of umblicated papule of HPV
Varicella lesions in chicken pox
Lesions appear in crops
Itchy papules -vesicles - pustule -crust
At any particular time lesions are at different time of evolution
