Q

We know the sun is much larger than the moon. So why do the sun and the moon appear to be about the same size in the sky?

A

Shape: They are both spheres.

17
Q

List three weather data collection tools you can use to collect weather data.

A

thermometer, rain gauge, wind sock, barometer, anomometer

18
Q

What evidence do you have that the Earth is tilted on its axis.

A

I know that the Earth is titled on its axis because we have 4 seasons. When our part of the Earth is titled toward the sun on our orbit around the sun we have summer. When it is tilted away we have winter. In between we get spring and fall.
