Members of POLICE, PROSECUTORS, JUDICIAL OFFICERS , COUNCIL and COURT OFFICIALS should deal with Victims with COURTESY, COMPASSION and RESPECT for their personal DIGNITY and PRIVACY

Victims rights to access WELFARE, HEALTH, COUNSELLING, MEDICAL and LEGAL SERVICES
Section 11- Informing Victims of Services Available
Members of POLICE, OFFICERS OF THE COURT and HEALTH/SOCIAL SERVICE PERSONAL must inform Victims of the PROGRAMS SERVICES and REMEDIES available to them.

Section 29-Victim Notification Register
Victims of Specified Offences have access to the Victim Notification Register
Offences of a Sexual Nature
Serious Assault
Offences resulting in Serious Injury/Death/Someone becoming incapable
Offences resulting in them having ongoing fears for safety
Section 51-Returning Property to Victims
Property to be returned to Victims as soon as possible when it is no longer needed as evidence.
