You are going to stain the slide 10, 14, 14. After that you need to rinse the back off it off in water and dry it with the book or towel lightly
How do you do a tape cytology?
Take the tape and dip it in the purple solution 14 times then gently dry and put on slide.

It is important to spay females before there first heat cycle occurs which is generally around 6 to 8 months. This will eliminate the chance of mammary cancer later in life
