what’s an aspect?
A
the time of an action

what’s a progressive aspect?
A
an action continued over a period of time, use -ing and auxiliary ‘be’

what’s a perfective aspect?
A
an action that started in the past and is continuing in the present, we use the -ed form and auxiliary ‘have’

what’s active voice?
A
when a subject is performing an action, the verb uses the active voice

what’s passive voice?
A
when the subject is being acted on (ie is it passive to the action) , the verb uses the passive voice
