Usage PAST PERFECT
(I had danced) // before
USAGE 1:
An Action that happened BEFORE a PAST EVENT
I HAD DANCED before the DJ shouted.
The DJ shouted after I HAD DANCED.
USAGE 2:
Reported Speach that is originally in the past, present perfect or past perfect
I danced before:
He said that I HAD DANCED before.
I have danced before:
He said that I HAD DANCED before.
I had danced before:
He said that I HAD DANCED before.
USAGE 3:
Third or past conditional
Aff.
If I HAD DANCED well, I would have won the prize.
Interr.
Would I have won the price if I HAD DANCED well?
Neg.
No, I wouldn’t have won the prize if I HAD DANCED well.

Usage FUTURE PERFECT CONTINUOUS
(I will have been dancing)
(I will have been arriving)
(I will have been ending)
To project yourself forward into the future and look back at an event or action that is currently ufinished but will be completed at some future time
