If the plaintiff filed the action in the county where one of two defendant’s who are residents of the same state lives, can the other defendant move to transfer the action to the county where he lives?

Answer 1

Actions against two or more defendants residing in different counties may be brought in any county in which any defendant resides. Because venue is proper wherever one defendant resides the court would deny this motion.
