Q

Hyperventilation

A

Depletion of carbon dioxide (respiratory alkalosis)
Accompanied by- fall in blood pressure, vasoconstriction, syncope, anxiety, wrist cramping)

Immediate treatment: breathing into paper bag until CO2 content of blood returns to normal
