If you are toing a caravan or trailer and it starts to snake –
Slow down – stop pressing the accelerator ( do not brake suddenly)
Get back control of the steering
Then brake gently

Try to spread the weigh evenly whenyou load your trailer. Do not put more wirght towards the front, or he back, or to one side.
It is against the law to have a load that is sticking out in a dangerous way.
Don’t forget that if you park a vehicle with a trailer overnight, it must have lights

The weight og a trailer should be no more than 85% of the weight of the car that is to pull it.
When you are towing, you need to allow more room when overtaking and more time to break and stop.
When you are tuening at a roundabout or junction you will need to think about where you are on the road.
When twoing a heavy load, you might need to blow your tyres up to more than normal pressures. Remember to change back to the normal pressures when you finish your journey
