There is the boreal forest which is the largest vegetation regions in the world

There is the deciduous forest which is in the southwestern ontario. Almost the entire forest has been cleared for urban

And there is the mixed forest which is a transition zone

Lastly the west coast forest that receives lots of precipitation calling it a temperate rainforest

This is called the tall grass prairie and short grass prairie

There is a transition zone called parkland between the grasslands and boreal forest
