What to do when entering controlled from uncontrolled?
If uncontrolled entering controlled, just wait for them to say contact them.

or if climbing - 6000 for 12, twelve thousand

No but you should. File at least departure, destination, altitude.

Clearance - What does “RNAV to [fix]”
mean in clearance?
ATC is telling you what the first fix in the SID to make sure you have the SID programmed correctly. This may be helpful to verify the correct runway and SID is set.

What do you do if cleared direct to a fix that’s not in your flight plan.
First read back. then try to find it in your plan / legs page. If can’t find it then tell ATC don’t see that in the flight plan confirm fix name.
What do you do if having technical issues with your sim?
Can tell ATC you’re having issues and will disconnect to sort it out. Or if on the ground, say you need a few min to sort it out.
When get descend to flight level. do you have obey alt restrictions? what v/s?
no you’re cleared direct to alt? up to you? use open descent.
