Clinical diagnosis
examine the abdomen for any masses
Trendelenburg test and perthes test
ultrasound duplex of superficial and deep veins
Management of varicose veins?
Conservative such as leg elevation exercise and weight loss
medical : compression stocking , sclerotherapy , topical agents moisturizing creams
surgical : radio frequency , ablation laser .
