Talk about a time when you have had to take accountability for a mistake. What did you learn?

A

EA

  • learning on the job
  • taking on many projects and tasks for the first time - preparing for an AGM
  • SOP review project
  • new machinery/terminology - interpret wrong sometimes - verification system in place
  • AGM - I sent out an old version of the Articles of Association to the shareholders ahead of the meeting
  • Had to be resent
  • ultimately it was a waste of time and resources
  • pay more attention to detail - very thorough with checking now
  • respond well to mistakes - opportunity to learn
  • take criticism or feedback well - I like to grow and develop
