Talk about a time when you have had to take accountability for a mistake. What did you learn?
EA
- learning on the job
- taking on many projects and tasks for the first time - preparing for an AGM
- SOP review project
- new machinery/terminology - interpret wrong sometimes - verification system in place
- AGM - I sent out an old version of the Articles of Association to the shareholders ahead of the meeting
- Had to be resent
- ultimately it was a waste of time and resources
- pay more attention to detail - very thorough with checking now
- respond well to mistakes - opportunity to learn
- take criticism or feedback well - I like to grow and develop
How do you work under pressure?
Enjoy working under pressure
Like working to deadlines / completing projects and find it rewarding
Most motivated when I’m in a fast paced environment
Simultaneously manage projects in HR, finance, company secretarial
AGM - admin/apologies/refreshments/shares to approve resolutions

When have you anticipated change?
