Maple Syrup Old Fashioned

*in rocks glass
one 1/2 orange slice
1/2 Maple Syrup
3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
muddle for 5 seconds
add ice
2oz of Bourbon
garnish with heart shaped orange slice & cherry

Question 2

Fluffy Chocolate Carajillo

Answer 2

in empty shaker*
1 oz of Tequilla
1 oz of Liquor 43
1 shot of Espresso
in empty jigger
1 shot of Espresso
.5 shot of Liquor 43
3 dashes of Bitters
frothed with milk frother
add ice to shaker* and shake for 10 seconds
pour frothed espresso into chilled martini glass first; then strain 2nd shaker slowly and directly center
garnish with cocoa powder and coffee beans

Question 3

Honey & Bourbon Raspberry Sour

Answer 3

muddle 5 raspberries in empty shaker
2 oz of Bourbon
2 tablespoons of lemon
.5 oz honey
1 egg white
dry shake for 10 seconds
add ice, shake for 15 seconds
double strain and pour into glass mug
garnish with three raspberries

Strawberry & Mint Leaf Mojito

in Collin’s glass
in shaker muddle
3-4 mint leaves - muddle
handful of strawberry bites - muddle
2 tablespoons of lime
1 oz simple syrup
1.5 oz Bacardi Rum
Shake
Top with Tonic Water
Garnish with heart shaped strawberry & mint leaf

Sweetheart Sangria

*in Mason Jar
1.5 oz Apple Juice
1.5 oz Cranberry Juice
Top with Ziggy’s White Grape Juice
Garnish with apples, heart shaped strawberry and an orange slice
