Gonorrhea - Ceftriaxone 250mg TIM oral cefixime 400mg
Candida - miconazole 200 mg supp OD x 3 days
Vaginosis/Trichomonas - metronidazole 500mg tid 7 days
Chlamydia - azithromycin 1g orally
PID - inpatient IV cefoxitin and doxi, outpatient ceftri and doxi
