How to microchip?

1.) scan chip to make sure it matches the sticker
2.) Insert chip, making sure it went in
3.) record the microchip on patients sheet using the sticker, put the number in the patients file, and rabies certificate.
4.) write patients name on microchip package, place package contents and rabies tag in it and tape shut. give to paperwork people.
5.) paperwork people will paperclip baggie to sx day sheet
