- Chronic renal failure or nephrotic syndrome
What population is Prevnar 23 (polysaccarhide) use for?
High risk kids less than 2 years old
Give >8 weeks after last dose
Revaccinate high risks once after 5 years

Hep B dose schedule for term infant with HbsAG negative mother
Preterm
1st dose at birth
2nd at 1-2 months
3rd 6-18 months but > 2 months after last dose
