Once for all adults >65
19 years or older with risk factors (immunosuppressed, asplenic) + booster 5 years later or at age 65 (whichever is first)
Hep B - adults
Those at high risk for exposure (healthcare workers), MSM, multiple sexual partners, dialysis pts, IVDU
Hep A - adults
Adults with chronic liver disease, MSM, travel, occupational exposure, IVDU, or use of clotting factors
