Canine vaccination schedule

6-8 weeks: not weaned yet, 1st DHLPP

10-12 weeks: 4 weeks after 1st shot, 2nd DHLPP booster, 1st Lyme

14-16 weeks: again 4 weeks after 2nd round of shots, 3rd DHLPP booster, 1st Rabies (1yr vaccine), Bordetella if needed

1yr old: 1st adult DHLPP (every 3yrs for DHLPP) after this adult vaccine, Leptospirosis should be given yearly, Rabies (3yr vaccine) if not a day overdue

FVRCP: combo vaccine (3 viruses), 3yr intervals after last booster
Rabies
FeLV (annually)
FIP (not recommended) b/c of deadly nature

Combo DHLPP every 3yrs after 2yrs of age

• L given every year in NE
• Rabies 1 and 3yr vaccines
• Lyme yearly if started at 10-12 weeks old
• Bordetella every 6 months if needed (boarding, grooming, dog parks) intransal or intramuscular
