shares Principal in the first Degree’s intent that the crime be committed OR aids, abets, encourages, assists, or advises PFD in commission of crime; must be present, but must do more than be present and flee

Aggravated Murder
Willful + Deliberate + Premeditated + Aggravating Factor
Aggravating Factors for aggravated murder
For Hire; commission of robbery/burglary/rape; Abduction with intent to extort/defile; OTHERS
First Degree Murder
1) Willful, deliberate, premeditated killing (without aggravating factor) OR
2) Felony Murder

Felony Murder
Death results from act in furtherance of violent crime (rape, burglary, robbery, etc)

Malicious burning of a dwelling of another
