Q

What do you understand by Gestalt psychology?

A

Gestalt psychology is a theory of perception that states that the human brain perceives objects as a whole, rather than as a collection of individual parts. In UI design, Gestalt principles can be used to create a sense of unity and coherence in a design.
For example, the principle of proximity states that objects that are close together are perceived as belonging together. This principle can be used to group related elements in a design, such as the navigation menu and the search bar.
