What are the six utility software tools?
File compressor, Disk defragmentation, Backup, Firewall, Antivirus and Registry cleaners
What is a file compressor?
A tool that allows file sizes to be reduced to allow more space for other space to be saved on the storage device.
What is backup?
A tool that saves your files automatically or manually so when something happens to the files, the ones that are backed up won’t be lost.
What is Defragmentation?
Organising data in a disk to make disk access faster.
What are Firewalls?
They control what data is entering and leaving softwares to protect them from receiving unauthorised access and threats like viruses.
What is an antivirus?
They stop computers from receiving viruses. If a computer already has viruses, they detect them and remove them.
What is a registry cleaner?
