Complicated - Associated with factors that compromise UTI/Host defences
Recurrent UTI -2 in 6months / 3 in 12 months
Non Antibiotic UTI prophylaxis
Cranberry products - acidify urine
Topical Oestrogens - Improve vaginal flora + pH
Hipprex (methenamine hippurate) - Hydrolyes to formadehyde in urine. Reduction in symptomatic UTIs,
Vaccines (Uro Vaxom, Uro Vac ) - Active bacterial lysates of E Coli
Intravesical Treatment - GAG Layer Replacement. Hyacyst, Cystistat etc.

Gonorrohea - Ceftriazeone / Azithrombycin / Cipro Stat
