Attempt manual replacement Resus Go to ot if not already Hydrostatic pressure + manual pressure to reduce uterus (using gloved hand to seal off the vaginal entrance, pour saline into the vagina via two giving sets or silastic ventouse) GTN Trans abdominal reduction as last resort Once uterus back - do MROP IV uterotonics
