• Do a urine pregnancy test -> TRO any ectopic pregnancy, molar pregnancy
• Blood test:
  1. FBC (Hb level -> Anemia)
  2. Coagulation profile -> Coagulopathy
• Abdominopelvic ultrasound -> To determine the location and size of the fibroid (Whirled, homogenous, well-circumscribed)
• MRI -> Can delineate intramural, subserosal, and submucous myomas
