Screen in 18+ with office; recommend obtaining measurement outside of the clinical setting for diagnostic confirmation before starting treatment
AAA
recommends 1 time screening for AAA with US in men 65 to 75 who have ever smoked
diabetes
prediabetes and type 2 diabetes in adults aged 35 to 70 who have overweight or obesity; ADA recommends all adults > 45 and all overweight adults <45 w/ 1 additional risk factor
