UCD Methods
Field studies, focus groups, card sorting, participatory design, personas, questionnaires, interviews, usability testing, heuristic evaluation, eye tracking, and A/B testing
Value Proposition Canvas (VPC)
A tool to understand customer needs and how a product or service will address those needs
VPC Steps
Choose a customer segment, identify customer jobs, identify pains, identify gains, map product features to pain relievers and gain creators

Frequent or critical user activities that need to be unobstructed, quickly achievable, and optimized
