Oh, that’s not something I’ve ever given any thought to,
but off the top of my head… I guess that there might be a large percentage of **the elderly **who do not use it.
Moreover, in certain parts of the world, they may not yet have internet access. As for the drawbacks of this… the internet is a huge resource, like a mobile library, that you can tap into whenever and wherever you like so this is definitely a handicap for those without it.

Handicap: Like somebody is disabled, Talk about something that is not obstacle
