A

The legislative Congress who have the role of writing laws setting tax rates and to scrutinise the president and example of this is when they tried to impeach Trump over in the Ukraine another example is when they introduced the STEM act to stop animal cruelty

They can put themselves forward as a candidate for example Hillary Clinton 2016
they can also vote in elections for example 220 - millions voted for Biden instead of Trump
they are free to protest for example black lives matter protest
the final thing they can do is join political parties for example the democrats

Those who are educated are more likely to vote and example of this is that in 1990 - 90% of people with a postgrad education voted but only 30% of people with less than high school qualifications voted
Some groups.are Less likely to participate as they have no role model

Those with No role model - when ethnic groups have no one like them to vote for - for example when Barack Obama became the first black president because he was supportive of ethnic groups

18% of Latinos live in poverty 21% of blacks and 22% of the LGBT population whereas only 10% of whites live in poverty

Language barriers in 2010 about 69% of Hispanic and 64% of Asian had a language barrier

Education - Latinos are the least likely to go on and get to college education after school

The Aca - affordable care act and health care for the poor - the uninsured rate dropped by 7% but still left money on insured

The SNAP - supplement nutrition assistance program gives food to people in poverty at least 8 million people out of property poverty but it only covers one third of the food they need

DACA - deferred action for childhood arrivals keeps kids in the USA 91% of dreamers were employed but it does reward those who broke the law

A

SNAP is pretty effective as it is listed 8 million people out of poverty

DACA has been effective because 91% of people who qualify got a working job

ACA Has been effective in providing more healthcare and those not insured fell from 18% to 11%

Snap is effective as it addresses hunger and helps 14 million people in the US but it has been going on for 40 years

Affordable healthcare is the least effective because there are still a large amount of people in the US who are on the insured

Snap supplemental nutrition assistance program has been effective but the property is still very high

Although Dhaka has been very effective with 91% of dreamers in employment black unemployment is still twice as high as weight unemployment
