bc they create rules and without rules things could be chaotic, they make sure we have laws that keep us safe and ensure that everyone is treated equaliy
what does the government do?
they’re responsible for a lot of things in our daily lives - they create laws that everyone must follow, like stopping at a red light - they help us by offering important services like schools, hospitals - when there’s a big issue they step into help - they collect taxes

head of the country, he can reject laws passed by congress

it included the president advisers and the vice president
