Advanced Seat Assignments. Assigned after a ticket has been purchased anywhere from 339 days to 4 hours prior to departure
ASA
Airport Ticket Office. The ticket counter located at all of the airports that US Airways serves.
ATO
Baggage Service Office - this is the office at the airport that accepts claims for lost or damaged bags and handles the claim for the first five days.
BSO
Central Baggage Resolution Office - this office handles claims for bags that have been lost more than five days.
CBRO
Electronic Air Check Plus certificate. This is a discount certificate issued by the Customer Relations department as one form of Compensation.
EACP
Electronic Take Flight Certificate. Currently issued as Denied Boarding Compensation. ETFCs are issued at the station in a set dollar amount.
In some instances Customer Relations will issue the ETFC for a passenger. More information to follow in training.
ETFC
This is our Electronic Ticketing product. Passengers who purchase an ETKT receive only a receipt and need only present valid government issued 10 when traveling.

Electronic Travel with US Voucher. This is an electronic dollar based voucher issued as a form of compensation.

Passenger Boarding Totals - this number includes the capacity of the aircraft, the authorization level and the total number of passengers with reservations for a flight.

Passenger Name Record. - This is another name for a reservation or confirmation code.
PNR
Passenger, PAX is also used; however, PSGR is the US Airways approved abbreviation.
PSGR
