Path: N. gonorrhoeae, Chlamydia trachomatis
Pt:
Dysuria +/- discharge
Pruritus, burning
Dx: GS: NAAT
PCR test both sensitive and specific
Tx:
Ceftriaxone 250mg IM and Azithromycin 1G po (alt doxycycline 100mg bid x7d)
