Tx for urge incontinence?
- Bladder retrain
- Oxybutynin
Tx for stress incontinence?
- Kiegel
- Duloxetine
Tx for neurological incontinence?
Permanent catheter
What is retention?

Acute (painful >600ml) or
Chronic (less painful, discomfort, ~1000 - 1500ml)

PR exam (r/o faeces)

Analgesia
acutely catheterise
