   - detrusor pressure too high or sphincter pressure too low

1. ) Stress UI - involuntary leakage on exertion or sneezing or coughing
2. ) Urgency UI - involuntary leakage w/ strong urge to urinate
3. ) Mixed UI - involuntary leakage w/ urgency on exertion, sneezing, or coughing
4. ) Overflow Incontinence - involuntary leakage due to bladder becoming overly full
   - often due to loss of S2-S4 reflex in conditions like cauda equina syndrome
