  • Urine culture/Sensitivity
  • History
  • Recurring UTI’S More than 2 to 3 a yr
  • Complicated UTIs
  • CAUTIs or HAI UTIs
  • UTI Unresponsive to empiric therapy
  • Imaging ultrasound or CT scan
